Hello I'm Danoman konlan

I'm Danoman Konlan, a Senior Digital Designer passionate about blending creativity with strategy to bring ideas to life. I specialize in graphic design, digital marketing, web and UI/UX design, motion graphics, presentation design, and print design (creating print ready assets), with deep expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). I also design in Figma and Canva, and have solid skills in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

Over the years, I've developed and led a wide range of projects—everything from marketing campaigns and brand identities to interactive web pages, motion graphics, infographics, large-format advertising, and dynamic presentation decks. I love the challenge of taking a concept and turning it into visually compelling work that connects with people. I've had the opportunity to work with organizations like the United Nations Global Compact, The Real Deal, OutFront Media, and Williams Lea (for Pfizer), delivering high-quality design solutions while maintaining brand consistency.

I'm also sharing my experience as an Adjunct Lecturer at NYC College of Technology (CUNY), where I teach web design principles and mentor the next generation of creatives.

Beyond designing, I’m skilled in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership. I’m always keeping an eye on new design trends and technologies, and I believe in constantly evolving my craft to stay ahead. Whether it’s branding, motion graphics, digital campaigns, presentations, or print collateral, I take pride in creating work that's thoughtful, innovative, and impactful.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communication from Baruch College, and I bring a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to every project I take on.

Education

    • The business communication major is designed for students who are interested in careers in business journalism, corporate communication, or graphic communication. Because the business communication field is essentially interdisciplinary in nature, the program integrates courses from several departments in the Weissman School of Arts and Sciences and the Zicklin School of Business.
    • The graphic communication specialization provides training in graphics as well as exposure to the broader aspects of business communication. It prepares the graphic artist to enter a business environment.
